Delivered the SharePoint system for the EPICentre division of Woodside.
This included liaising with Woodside Stakeholders, IT and Service staff along with software developers from two outsourced consultancies.The System was delivered on time, on budget and to specification, even though delivery took place over the Christmas holiday period and also coincided with a major SAP implementation.
Provided consultation document to Wood Group Kenny PPM defining the way forward for the changing business including the introduction of portfolio management services.
